This is a story of Light and Shadow.
There are parts of us that we show the world and Shadows inside of us that we often silence or ignore. We push away certain parts of our experience – trauma, pain, addiction, abandonment. But, when we’re willing to face those pieces of who we are, they have so much to teach us.

Our Shadows are always with us, waiting to be acknowledged and accepted. These hidden parts of us are often home to energy and wisdom that’s trapped, suppressed and denied.

Integrating our Shadows is part of pursing wholeness…it all belongs.
